We are pleased to confirm that the next Nuclear Supply Chain Event (Meet the Buyer & Exhibition) will be held at the Inchyra Hotel, Falkirk, Stirlingshire on Thursday, 12th November 2026.

Due to the continued growth and popularity of the event, we have now outgrown our previous venue and will be moving to this larger location to accommodate increased demand from both exhibitors and delegates.

Now firmly established as one of the most popular nuclear supply chain events in the northern half of the UK, the event attracts hundreds of delegates from across the country each year – not just Scotland – including suppliers, site operators and Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors. It has become a key date in the diary for organisations looking to engage with the nuclear sector and build valuable commercial relationships.

The current UK nuclear sector spans £10–15 billion per year in public and private spending, plus £100 billion or more in long-term nuclear infrastructure and programmes. This reflects substantial, cross-cutting investment – from prolonging existing fleet output, decommissioning historic sites, sustaining the strategic deterrent, and rolling out new power generation.

To help meet this growing technology market, the Nuclear Supply Chain Event (Meet the Buyer & Exhibition) will enable you to:

  • Increase your understanding of the nuclear sector
  • Discover real business opportunities for your company
  • Find out how to participate in the nuclear supply chain
  • Discuss your business and its capabilities with major nuclear contractors
  • Build contacts through the exhibition, networking opportunities and one-to-one meetings

This one-day business opportunities and supplier networking event, now in its 14th year, will include a supplier exhibition alongside the opportunity to pre-book ‘face-to-face’ meetings with buyers and key representatives from nuclear site operators and major contractors.

With an anticipated line-up of buyers from more than 12 site operators and Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor organisations across the UK, the 2026 event builds on the success of previous years and is expected to be another busy, high-value occasion. With increased capacity at the new venue, exhibitors and delegates will benefit from even greater opportunities for networking and face-to-face engagement.

What will you get?

You will be able to network with fellow suppliers in the exhibition area and attend pre-booked, one-to-one meetings with buyer representatives throughout the day.

To ensure fairness for all participants, delegates may initially pre-book up to three one-to-one appointments with key buyers. Parallel Suppliers Exhibition

If you would like to complement your face-to-face meetings with buyers by showcasing your company products in a more tactile way, then why not consider securing some exhibition space?

An integral and highly popular feature of this event will be the parallel suppliers’ exhibition which will not only give you an opportunity to demonstrate your company’s capabilities, but also allow your two exhibition staff a chance to pre-book one-to-one appointments.

This joining of exhibiting companies and participating delegates means that further benefit can often be gained from inter-supplier networking with subsequent B2B sales, project collaborations and potential spin-offs being an added bonus.

Exhibition space is available for just £210.00 per square metre (plus VAT) including attendance by two personnel, table, chairs, access to power, refreshments, buffet lunch and two complimentary exhibitor/delegate tickets for stand personnel to and pre-book one-to-one Meet the Buyer appointments with representatives from key organisations in the UK’s nuclear sector.

However, the exhibition is frequently over-subscribed, so space will be strictly limited. If you want to raise your corporate profile by combining networking and intelligence gathering whilst ‘standing out from the rest’, then exhibiting is the option for you.

To find out what spaces are still available, please contact us on:

Supply Chain Exhibition

An integral feature of the event will be the suppliers’ exhibition which will not only allow you to demonstrate your company’s capabilities, but also allow two representatives from your business to attend the industry presentations and pre-book one-to-one appointments.

This meeting of exhibiting companies and participating delegates, who will each represent differing products and be of differing corporate size, also means that further benefit can be gained from inter-supplier networking on the day, such that opportunities for B2B sales, project collaborations and subsequent spin-offs are often an added bonus.

Exhibition space is available for just £185.00 per square metre (plus VAT) including attendance by two personnel, table, chairs, power, refreshments, buffet lunch and two complimentary delegate tickets for stand personnel to attend presentations and pre-book Meet the Buyer appointments with representatives from key organisations involved in the UK’s nuclear sector.
